1ClickFactory announced today the creation of a new subsidiary in the UK. The subsidiary was established to provide Microsoft Partners with highly-productive software and business development services focused on Microsoft Dynamics solutions upgrades and solutions’ transitioning to the Cloud (Microsoft Azure).

The 1ClickFactory UK subsidiary will be managed by Keith Mullan. Prior to accepting this position, Mullan spent the last 20 years as a Dynamics NAV customer in the UK, then became the NAV country manager in South Africa, after which he ran a partner business in Australia.

The newly established subsidiary will use the same partner channel model vital to 1ClickFactory’s success around the world, and will solely work through Microsoft Partners, not interacting with end-customers. Now with local representation in the UK, 1ClickFactory will be closer to the UK Microsoft Partners Community.

Mullan excited about opening new doors for 1ClickFactory explains, “The number one goal for 1ClickFactory in the UK is to create a trustworthy relationship with Microsoft Dynamics Partners by providing a professional, reliable and profitable support. The vision for the UK is to make 1ClickFactory UK the first point of call for Microsoft Dynamics Partners accessing the vast range of services offered by 1ClickFactory UK.”

With Mullan’s more than two decades of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics Community, he understands the challenges Microsoft Partners face in today’s economy. By taking the lead role at 1ClickFactory UK, he plans to focus on helping Microsoft Partners solve these challenges most efficiently and profitably.

Mullan discusses the way Microsoft Partners need to adapt their perspective and business practices to survive in the industry today:

“The Cloud is here and Microsoft Dynamics Partners need to adapt their demand generation and service delivery methods to meet customers’ expectations while remaining a profitable business. Today’s customer prefers subscription-based software (software and services for a fixed per-user-per-month price), and partners need to align their offerings by packaging all associated services (e.g. their own IP, upgrades, support services, etc.) into subscription-based solutions enabling them to sell a true Cloud ERP offering,” Mullan continues saying, “Partners face challenges with existing customers’ experience and retention that is about keeping their Microsoft Dynamics solutions up-to-date. With Microsoft moving Dynamics NAV to a 12-month release cycle, the traditional way of upgrading may no longer be an attractive and affordable solution.”

1ClickFactory offers fixed and subscription price based services, providing an easier solution for Partners. 1ClickFactory’s semi-automated, fixed price and subscription based upgrades can help Partners take their customers into the future more easily and affordably.

Leveraging 1ClickFactory end-to-end development services, Microsoft Partners gain support in almost every step of their IP/customers’ Dynamics solutions life cycle (e.g. core development, CfMD certification, localization, Microsoft Azure hosting, upgrade, etc.), which allows them to focus on their core business and increase efficiency.

Søren Fink-Jensen, CEO of 1ClickFactory, is elated with Mullan leading 1ClickFactory UK stating, “We are very happy that Keith has accepted this role. His background and understanding of the business will help us service the partners in the UK to the highest level we are known for in other markets. The huge value we provide with our automated services and through our self-service portal, Partner Zone, is certainly something that UK partners will also come to see great benefits using.”

1ClickFactory business vision and mission: We believe that someday in the future, many of the tasks currently done by software implementers and developers will be automated by standard components and configurations that are executed by code, rather than by people. This trend should make IT solutions more affordable and easier to maintain for end-customers.1ClickFactory’s mission is to build those automated services, components and configurations that makes it easier, more profitable, and more predictable for IT companies to implement and service IT solutions for their customers. This will also assist to resolve the shortage of personnel within our industry but it will also assist Microsoft Partners to concentrate on strategic issues in their business while 1ClickFactory supports the functions provided by a partner business.
