- Initial meeting with customer to discuss the scope
- High-level business process and functional review
- Customization, ISV and interface assessment

2. TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT AND TOOLS
Estimated customer time commitment: 1 hour
To initiate the technical assessment, simply permit Microsoft’s migration assessor AX system access in order to help them identify your current technical architecture. This assessment also provides you with:

- Report modifications and data migration
- Technical Assessment Report

3. HIGH-LEVEL MIGRATION SUMMARY
Estimated customer time commitment: 1-2 hours
The SMA will reveal options based on time, effort, and resources needed to move from Dynamics AX to Dynamics 365.
