The regular support service for 1ClickFactory’s Self-Provisioning service is provided via email (service@1clickfactory.com) or via its online support system, is free of charge and guarantees 24-hour response time on business days.

Should you require a faster response time as a 1ClickFactory Self-Provisioning partner, we offer an expedited support service, called Urgent support. Urgent support for 1ClickFactory’s Self-Provisioning service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and all year round, and is provided via phone for immediate response.

The Urgent support service is a billable service. However, we offer 1ClickFactory Partner Loyalty and Appreciation Program partners an opportunity to access the Urgent support service free of charge for a certain number of incidents.

Urgent support for 1ClickFactory’s Self-Provisioning service requires additional registration to become available. To start using the Urgent support service you need to register individuals who will have the rights to use this service. Therefore, please register your employees up front (you can do this even now) to save your efforts when an urgent case appears.  You can do this by taking the following steps:

  • Reach out to us to service@1clickfactory.com and provide us with the contact information of individuals who can use the service. There is a limit of 5 contacts per partner who can initiate an Urgent support request. While registering, please provide:
    • Name and surname
    • Email address
    • Phone number
  • After registration you will receive quick service instructions.
