Microsoft Partners and End-Users
We work exclusively through Microsoft partners and, in order to ensure clear ownership, communication lines and accountability, we may inform your Microsoft partner (if you have one and you are an end-user of Microsoft software) about your request for services, and such services will be provided through your Microsoft partner.
If you request 1ClickFactory services and you are an end-user of Microsoft software, but you do not have a Microsoft partner, we are willing to help you find one and provide services through your Microsoft partner. However, we will contact you to get your prior consent to provide your information and request to potential Microsoft partner.

ISV Development Center Services
As 1ClickFactory is Microsoft appointed ISV Development Center we may share information such as name, contact details and feedback about certain ISV Development Center’s services of ISV Development Center services’ users with Microsoft for business and administration purposes only. By agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy you additionally acknowledge that we may share such information with Microsoft.

We may transfer your personal information to other countries around the world, including countries outside of the European Economic Area ("EEA"), which may not have the same data protection laws as those of the country where you access our sites. Where we transfer your personal information to countries outside of the EEA we will take appropriate steps to ensure your personal information is afforded the same level of protection as described in this Privacy Policy, including adequacy decisions or any adequate data transfer mechanisms adopted by the European Commission or standard contractual clauses (in the absence of adequacy decision).

Non-personally identifiable information
