At 1ClickFactory, Tomas notably managed to build the award-winning “Solution of the Year” Self-Provisioning Portal that enables Dynamics NAV solutions’ implementation on Microsoft Azure.

 

SESSION: How to effectively sell upgrade to Dynamics 365 Business Central

According to Microsoft statistics, around 50% of Dynamics customers today are running on old unsupported product versions. This puts the partner at high risk of losing those customers. We surveyed our partners to understand the core customer objections of not moving forward with their Dynamics solutions and to understand the internal limitations of not upgrading in Dynamics partners’ organizations.

In this session not only are we going to share the results of the latest 1ClickFactory survey on why customers hesitate to move to a new version, but also cover sales strategies that work/don’t work anymore, discuss the main objections and trigger events, and provide tips and tricks on how you should introduce the Dynamics 365 Business Central proposal to them.

Presenter: Martynas Butrimanskas, NAV Team Lead, 1ClickFactory

Martynas is running the Microsoft Dynamics NAV upgrade team at 1ClickFactory. He and his team have focused on the complex RTC to RTC upgrade projects, including Microsoft Dynamics NAV extensions development. Martynas also plays an important role at 1ClickFactory by developing intelligent tools that automate the Microsoft Dynamics NAV upgrade process, making it simpler and faster to upgrade for Microsoft Partners. He is looking forward to sharing his RTC projects experience, extensions development and intelligent tools with the Dynamics NAV Partners community at Directions EMEA this year.

Agnė is an ERP sales professional, her wide experience in Microsoft Dynamics business dates back to 2001. Before joining 1ClickFactory in 2009, Agnė held a number of positions where she was responsible for ERP solution development and market research, sales processes and methodologies development as well as business development at a senior executive level.

 

Presenter: Andrius Čyvas NAV Team Lead, 1ClickFactory

Andrius Čyvas has 15 years of NAV experience in a variety of roles, including development, design and implementation of custom Dynamics NAV solutions. During last year has been leading ISV development center activities / knowledge sharing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Partners, helping them on their journey to extensions 2.0, doing trainings, workshops and consulting.
