Localization services

Short description

1ClickFactory provides a full package of localization services, which support repeatable and consistent implementation of a customer's CORE application across multiple countries. Localization services include both the functionality needed to be compliant with local legal requirements, as well as translation into the local language.

Our localization service is based on our access to all Microsoft Dynamics NAV, AX and CRM versions, including all language versions, and a pool of development and external translation resources to deliver these services globally.

Localization process

1ClickFactory provides the smooth and effective localization process, with the clearly defined division of responsibilities between Dynamics Partner and 1ClickFactory:

Localization methodology

Our Development and Language tools ensure that we meet partner / customer expectations, whether it is localization of a partner add-on, vertical or customer CORE application.

For the localization process, we apply the following methodology:

Standardization: we use standardized templates and interfaces with translation suppliers in every part of the localization process to ensure simplicity, consistency and to get the necessary information from  our partners.

Initial Assessment: before starting the localization process 1ClickFactory provides an initial assessment, which we conduct to enable partners to understand the technical and economical consequences of the development and translation project and to allow them to provide their customers with an initial proposal.  Depending on the level of specification that the partner/customer provides with the solution, we can make a full assessment or conduct a workshop to make the full assessment.

Adherence to Microsoft Guidelines:  by strictly following Microsoft Dynamics Development Guidelines, providing full documentation and through the use of our testing tools, we provide high-quality solutions. 

Translations Library: Our library of already completed localizations and translations allows 1ClickFactory to efficiently meet our partners' specifications and requirements, while at the same time ensuring high quality results.

Minimal Impact: our 1ClickFactory LightTouch methodology ensures that the localization has a very low, if any, impact on standard functionality from Microsoft, allowing for lower total cost of ownership on future upgrades. 

Monitoring of Critical Points: By constantly monitoring the localization process and by having check-points, such as sign-offs on the assessment, design as well as later on in code-reviews and at time of delivery, we ensure that the engagement both minimizes partner involvement, but at the same time, provides the feedback needed to deliver a high-quality service.
