Methodology

With 1ClickFactory's team of flexible and well-experienced development professionals, we can build local or international versions for any CORE solution. Our methodology, which we call 1ClickFactory LightTouch, enables us to create CORE functionality for customers who need this functionality implemented, repetitively, in many different versions. This approach saves time and money, and it allows our partners to focus on building the customer relationship, managing expectations and implementing solutions. Our CORE Development process applies the following methods:

Standardization: we use standardized use-case scenario descriptions to capture and describe the functionality of the application.  In addition, we use communication templates in every part of the development process to ensure simplicity, consistency and feedback with our partners.

Initial Assessment: before starting the development process 1ClickFactory provides an initial assessment, which has been created to enable Partners to understand the technical and economical consequences of the development project and to allow them to provide their customers with an initial proposal.  Depending on the level of specification that the partner/customer provides with the solution, we can make a full assessment or conduct a workshop to make the full assessment.

Adherence to Microsoft Guidelines:  by strictly following Microsoft Dynamics Development Guidelines, providing documentation and through the use of our testing tools, we provide high- quality solutions.  Our 1ClickFactory LightTouch methodology ensures that the CORE Development interferes as little as possible with the standard functionality from Microsoft, allowing lower total cost of ownership on future upgrades. 

Monitoring of Critical Points: By constantly monitoring the CORE development process and by having check-points, such as sign-offs on the assessment, design as well as later on in code-reviews and at time of delivery, we ensure that the engagement both minimizes partner involvement, but, at the same time, provides the feedback needed to deliver a high-quality service.
