Course Goal: Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009: What's new sales training introduces participants to the new features of an application and technology, examines the Microsoft Dynamics RoleTailored Client, highlights main sales points of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 solution, and covers available ERP sales tools.

The course covers both functional overview and main sales points of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009:

  • The functional overview section aims at helping the participants understand the new functional and technical features available within Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 and ensures that the student has obtained big picture understanding.
  • The Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 sales points sections covers key benefits: productivity, performance, scalability, security and practical case to solve involves into learning through practice experiences. 

This one-day training is organized as a mix of presentations, tasks and case solving experiences.

After completing this course the training participants

  • Will have an understanding on new application and technological features in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 CC and RTC
  • Gain knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 RTC positioning.
