Partner Assessment

1ClickFactory has designed a Partner Assessment service, which is based on the Microsoft Dynamics Partner Academy curriculum and 1ClickFactory’s leadership experience and business knowledge. The Partner Assessment aims to provide insights and a list of priorities that can help improve a Dynamics partner’s business.

The key to successful Partner Assessment results is cooperation between the Microsoft Dynamics partner’s management team and 1ClickFactory business leaders. To get started: 

1.     Partner is requested by completing the Partner Assessment Request (Questionnaire).

2.     Half-day to one-day assessment meeting at the Microsoft Dynamics Partner, partner management team participation is expected.

3.     Presentation of the Partner Assessment Report to the partner’s management team or board and discussion around building a business improvement plan draft (½ day).

The 1ClickFactory Partner Assessment is run by one of 1ClickFactory’s senior leaders with a minimum of  20 years of experience in the ERP and CRM business, as well as background as a managing director and board member of various companies.

Partner Assessment Report

The 1ClickFactory Partner Assessment report includes:

• Evaluation of Partner Strategy with suggestions on how to increase growth and profitability
• Benchmark against industry KPIs
• Review of partner's "readiness" to grow, including evaluation of key internal processes and systems (planning, financial management, HR, marketing, sales, delivery).
• Recommendation for a two-year plan program to enhance the performance of the company
