Søren Fink-Jensen, CEO

Søren Fink-Jensen has more than 20 years business experience in the Dynamics industry, including senior-level positions at Microsoft and Navision A/S. From 2002 to 2009, he worked at Microsoft Corporation, where he held the position of Western European General Manager for Small and Medium Solutions and Partners and GM of OEM Strategy for Microsoft International. Mr. Fink-Jensen's in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics platform dates back to the period of 1995 to 2002, when he worked at Navision A/S as a Vice-President and was responsible for driving the company's international expansion, sales and business planning and support.

Viktoras Danielius, Director of Development

Viktoras is a Microsoft Dynamics professional with more than 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV solution development and customer support. From 2004 to 2009, he worked as the head of the software development team at Alna Business Solutions, a market leading company in the Baltics and Poland. Viktoras' background also includes experience in development and system architecture for several large projects in the government sector, leasing and service solutions where he worked as a leading developer. For the past 3.5 years he has worked as the lead developer to develop a tire retail system solution based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV, which is implemented in several hundred dealers across Europe (UK, Switzerland, Turkey, and Poland).

Oleksandr Katrusha, Senior AX Developer

Oleksandr is a Dynamics AX specialist with 10 years of international experience in the Microsoft Dynamics industry. His expertise lies in designing, developing, supporting Dynamics AX solutions and various modules as well as managing implementation projects. Before joining 1ClickFactory, Oleksandr managed the AX implementation project at Toyota Ukraine and worked for several Microsoft-certified partners in Europe, where he was responsible for Microsoft Dynamics AX solutions development and implementation for large organizations.

Sandra Matulevičiūtė-Bagdonavičienė, Marketing Manager

Sandra is a devoted marketing specialist with a proven track record of achieving marketing and sales objectives. Her experience in marketing dates back to the period 2003-2009 when she held senior positions in marketing and sales in one of the biggest logistics company in the Baltics. Since moving to the IT area, Sandra has already demonstrated proven ability to create highly effective sales and marketing campaigns designed for Dynamics partners and customer markets. For the last 12 months working for 1ClickFactory, Sandra has had responsibility for developing marketing toolkits and campaigns that empower Microsoft Dynamics partners to streamline their Microsoft Dynamics business.

Vytenis Jakas, Upgrade Development Manager

Vytenis has 10 years of extensive international experience developing Microsoft Dynamics products. Before joining 1ClickFactory, Vytenis held a Senior Dynamics NAV Consultant/Developer position at K3 Retail and Business Solutions PLC, the largest Microsoft Dynamics retailer in the United Kingdom, and played a key role in a number of international projects implementing, developing and upgrading Microsoft Dynamics NAV solutions. Vytenis' background also includes experience in design and development of several diverse integration solutions for Dynamics NAV, where he acted as a lead architect. Presently Vytenis is a key player at 1ClickFactory who manages and implements upgrade projects of Microsoft Dynamics solutions for Dynamics partners around the globe.

Andrius Ungurys, Team Manager for WebServices

Andrius has 10 years of extensive experience in building web applications, especially with ASP.NET. He was one of the lead developers for document management system DocLogix. Andrius had gained thorough knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint platform and became Microsoft Certified Solution Developer. Andrius has also worked as product architect for loyalty management start-up OneGo. In his work Andrius prefers using agile management, test driven development and automation tools providing great quality for the customers. Currently he manages 1ClickFactory WebServices team who builds Sitecore and Umbraco CMS based web-portals.

Agnė Balkevičiūtė Lajienė, Business Development Manager

Agnė is an ERP sales professional, her wide experience in Microsoft Dynamics business dates back to 2001. Before joining 1ClickFactory in 2009, Agnė held a number of positions where she was responsible for ERP solutions development and market research, sales processes and methodologies development as well as business development at a senior executive level.

Inga Sartauskaitė, Partner Development Center Manager

Inga is a devoted sales specialist. She has a strong background in supporting partners in sales and marketing activities. For more than 10 years Inga was involved in delivering various sales trainings, building business cases for the clients and coaching people how to make successful sales presentations. Before joining the software industry Inga held a director of commerce position in the international radio station.

Tomas Stankevičius, Senior Developer

Tomas is a devoted ERP expert with an exellent record of developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions. His career in developing on the Microsoft Dynamics platform dates back to 1999. For more than 10 years, Tomas worked for the leading Dynamics partners in Lithuania where he was in charge of high-volume Microsoft Dynamics solutions development and implementation projects. Tomas' background also includes in-depth experience consulting with Dynamics partners on local requirements and marketing support when he worked as a product (Navision) manager for Microsoft Lithuania (from 2002 to 2006).

Almantas Šilinskas, Product Manager

Almantas has many years of extensive experience and strong knowledge in software products and services, design, development and implementation; project management methodologies; full IT systems and applications development cycle and its processes management as well as in various other fields. Before joining 1ClickFactory in 2011, Almantas worked for 11 years as a Managing Director of IT and business consulting at MediaWorks, a web-related services provider. His background also includes senior positions in various banks, insurance and consultancy companies over the past 20 years.
