COURSE OBJECTIVE
The course objectives are:
- To introduce the Cloud Computing model and assess its impact and opportunities for Microsoft partners.
- Discuss how offerings have to be put together to be attractive in the web.
- To analyze how the transition affects a typical partner P&L and how a transition can be optimized (part of the course is a P&L modeling tool that partners can use to model their own P&L).
- To analyze a series of best practices in marketing, sales and operations that will enable partners to transition from a traditional on-premise model to the new cloud-based model, driving growth to their business.
EXPECTED BUSINESS OUTCOMES
This course is relevant not only to partners who currently deliver Microsoft Dynamics solutions and services on premise and who want to set up an S+S business but also to those with an existing S+S practice (Microsoft BPOS partners for example) who want to optimize their strategy.
