SYSteam Navigera is a turnkey IT solution provider with a leading position among IT consultant companies in the Nordic region. SYSteam was asked to implement a complex Microsoft Dynamics solutions merge and upgrade project for one of its customers, Schibsted. SYSteam entrused 1ClickFactory to perform Dynamics NAV solutions upgrade from Dynamics NAV 3.10 and Dynamics NAV 4.0 to Dynamics NAV SP1. Blue solutions is a Microsoft-certified partner that works to optimize their client's business processes via software solutions and consulting services. After acquisition of the MS Dynamics AX business unit and continued rapid sales growth, the company was looking for a business development partner to help optimize its management procedures while keeping up with growing demand. As Imtech plans to expand internationally, the company needed its Dynamics software solutions to be upgraded to the new version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 and transformed from the Classical Client to the RoleTailored Client (RTC). In order to build knowledge in solutions transformation to the RoleTailored Client (RTC) AIVE Business Solutions, one of the biggest Microsoft gold certified Partners operating in Italy, spent a week in RTC Upgrade Workshop together with 1ClickFactory's MS Dynamics experts walking through the transformation to the RTC process.  "In just five workshop' days our development team guided by 1ClickFactory professionals transformed 98% of our existing add-on' forms to RTC pages herewith considerable increasing our in-house RTC transformation competence," states Gianluca Scevola product manager of the Dynamics for Shoes solution with AIVEBS.

Partner Power and ISI Emerging Markets

1ClickFactory was empowered to upgrade the international customer ISI Emerging Markets to Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 and implement CORE development project to ensure tighter Microsoft Dynamics solution integration with an existing CRM system. After project implementation the customer achieved more simple and well-timed customer relations management process and increasing business productivity. OmniVue Business Solutions

OmniVue Business Solutions LLC is a Microsoft Dynamics Gold Certified partner based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Company entrusted 1ClickFactory to implement Microsoft Access 2010 and Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 SP1 solutions development and integration project. ECL Connect

ECL Connect, a Microsoft Partner company, provides distribution companies with packaged solutions like Leanlog and E-Commerce that help customers streamline their operations. The company entrusted 1ClickFactory to build the integration of Leanlog and E-Commerce solutions to Microsoft Dynamics NAV. By outsourcing this project ECL Connect saved nearly 50 percent of the estimated project time and was able to bring the product to market much faster than developing it in-house.

Recently the company has received the 2011 Customer Excellence Award. ISI Emerging Markets, supported by its partner Partner Power International, entrusted 1ClickFactory to perform the Dynamics NAV upgrade from version 3.1. to NAV 2009 and localization project. As part of the upgrade, a core functionality module was developed around the key business processes.
