COURSE OVERVIEW:

Marketing is essential in this day and age. Companies need it to grow, to sell more, to be recognized in the market and to understand customers' needs in order to satisfy them. In this course the participants will learn about the principles of marketing planning and measuring the results of marketing activities.

COURSE OBJECTIVE:

The course objectives are:

  • To introduce concepts, processes and tools than will help marketing leaders implement an effective marketing practice into their organizations.
  • To explain how a potential customer evolves through the marketing and sales process, passing from being a suspect to a lead.
  • To provide business leaders with a clear process for carrying out a marketing plan in their organizations.
  • To explain which tactics (online and offline) are effective and how they should be integrated to achieve greater results.
  • To understand the importance of measuring results of your marketing activities and to explain how ROI is calculated.
  • Show the relationship between a good marketing ROI and having a marketing plan.
  • List and define the principal metrics for analyzing the marketing ROI.

It is expected that students use these lessons to create and execute a marketing plan in their organization, establish a consistent and reliable marketing process and learn how to measure the results of their marketing activities.
