UAB 1ClickFactory will create 100 workplaces  

Investments: Lithuania was chosen for the high competence of IT specialists 

End of the Deadlock - after Barclays' banking commitment over five years to create in Lithuania 250 jobs, a new foreign investor UAB 1ClickFactory established in Lithuania a few months ago are going to create 100 new workplaces within three years. The company plans to export packaged services for Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

Created a few months ago, UAB 1ClickFactory plans to become the leading software factory offering packaged services for Microsoft Dynamics solutions delivering worldwide. Within three years the company is going to create over 100 jobs for high-tech professionals. The company's head office is in Denmark, and UAB 1ClickFactory was entrusted with the software factory role. Among the company's founders - Tomas Milaknis, the CEO of Alna Group, and Søren Fink-Jensen, a former executive of Microsoft  SMS&P  in EMEA (Small Medium Solutions & Partner).

The recession helps
UAB 1ClickFactory will provide development and upgrade services for Microsoft Dynamics. The same activity is also engaged the company Alna Business Solutions. "The new company will collaborate only with certified Microsoft Dynamics partners, that's means we'll not sell directly to the end customers, - noted Mr. Fink-Jensen, the executive of the new company. - In addition, UAB 1ClickFactory is going to export all services to Western countries and United States, whereas Alna Business Solutions is more focused on selling to the Baltics and Poland markets.

According to Mr. Fink-Jensen, the company's pricing policy is not intended to compete with local suppliers of similar services. The company is going to attract partners in Scandinavia, Great Britain, Germany. In the company's sales strategy are also mentioned the US and Canadian markets, longer term. According the company's executive, the recession is a also help for business growth. Western companies are seeking to buy at a lower price and at the same time it is in Lithuania during the recession easier to find competitive professionals. For staffing, accounting, office maintenance services 1ClickFactory is using local outsourcing company called BPO House. "We choose Lithuania for such factors as well educated and English speaking population and specifically a good level of knowledge around Microsoft Dynamics products - notes Mr. Fink-Jensen. Besides, Lithuania, as a member of European Union, ensures high protection of intellectual property rights, which is very important in IT business."

Most of the people coming out of the engineering lines in Lithuania have great technical and software knowledge.  The key thing that is missing is Dynamics specific knowledge, for this reason we are planning to open "1ClickFactory Academy", to train our people in these specific areas.
